Upon receipt of payment and presentation of design proposals

Following payment, our professional designers will create and submit design proposals. Should you decide not to proceed with the order at that stage, we will issue a full refund.

After design confirmation, delivery

Following finalisation of the design, the finished product will be delivered within approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
